Um deles \u00e9 o sono. Est\u00e1 confirmado que as doen\u00e7as da tiroide s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por problemas a este n\u00edvel e h\u00e1 muito que se sabe tamb\u00e9m que este \u00e9 fundamental para todos. No caso das pessoas com hipotiroidismo, em que a fadiga \u00e9 comum e as noites mal dormidas podem mesmo exacerbar os sintomas, torna-se essencial dormir pelo menos oito horas por noite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o conseguir, \u00e9 importante manter a rotina de sono, ou seja, procurar deitar-se \u00e0 mesma hora, evitar o consumo de bebidas estimulantes, como \u00e1lcool e cafe\u00edna, antes do deitar ou manter o ambiente do quarto prop\u00edcio ao sono (sem aparelhos eletr\u00f3nicos, sem barulho, com uma temperatura amena e com pouca luz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As escolhas alimentares<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 natural que durante as f\u00e9rias as escolhas alimentares possam n\u00e3o ter sido as melhores. Ainda que n\u00e3o existam dietas espec\u00edficas para quem tem o diagn\u00f3stico de hipotiroidismo, sabemos que uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada \u00e9 essencial para uma melhor sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e1 que, por isso, recordar as regras b\u00e1sicas: consumir uma variedade de alimentos nas propor\u00e7\u00f5es corretas, ter uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada, para que organismo receba todos os nutrientes de que necessita, \u200b\u200be reduzir a ingest\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A exist\u00eancia de cada vez mais evid\u00eanciaz&nbsp; que confirmaz&nbsp;que ter bact\u00e9rias intestinais diversas est\u00e1 associado a uma melhor sa\u00fade geral leva ainda os especialistas a aconselharem uma dieta com alimentos frescos e integrais, sobretudo de fontes vegetais, como frutas, legumes, leguminosas, frutos secos e cereais integrais, e a evitar alimentos altamente processados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A pr\u00e1tica de atividade f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No geral, a pr\u00e1tica regular de exerc\u00edcio, que costuma ir tamb\u00e9m de f\u00e9rias, proporciona uma s\u00e9rie de benef\u00edcios. \u00c9 altura de recuperar estes bons h\u00e1bitos, que ajudam a aliviar o stress e a ansiedade, melhoram o humor, aumentam o t\u00f3nus muscular, fortalecem os ossos, ajudam a controlar o peso e a fadiga e melhoram o sono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso ir a correr para o gin\u00e1sio, mas atividades como caminhar, praticar ioga, fazer jardinagem e as tarefas dom\u00e9sticas s\u00e3o formas de atividade f\u00edsica que podem fazer a diferen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00edveis de produtividade mais altos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, quando a pessoa regressa ao trabalho, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio algum tempo at\u00e9 voltar a ter os n\u00edveis de produtividade desejados. Deve, por isso, evitar a tenta\u00e7\u00e3o de completar todas as tarefas que tem em m\u00e3os num s\u00f3 dia, para evitar ficar sobrecarregado.
